Belly Updates

Sandy is just about 7 Months pregnant now.. Some very interesting development inside the tummy, and it's certainly showing now by the bulge outside too as well :)

We had another doctor visit at Kaiser last week and seems like everything is in good order. Baby seem to be healthy and sound.

The doctor gave us an interesting assignment called kick chart. Basically, we need to monitor the baby's movement everyday and count to 10 "movements" and record how long it took the baby to do so and bring the kick chart back on the next visit. So far, it's mostly within 10 minutes as Melissa is usually very active. I think only once did we go to the 10~20 minute range.

Grandpa/Grandma Chang Visits

Grandpa and Grandma Chang visited us over the past week after first stopping by Pennsylvania to attend Eric's graduation. Congratulations to Eric on graduating Hills and getting into NYU!

It was a pretty short week, but we did manage to meet up and have lunch with Aunt Anna / Uncle Ben.

Also, there was a very important task that Grandpa Chang wanted to accomplish during this visit, and that was to get his driver's license. Well, I'm glad to say, mission accomplished, congratulations! In one of the photos here you'll see him proudly holding his temporary license :)

New Side Profile

Actually, these pictures are dated 5/23 ish.. Just didn't have time to update the blogger with everything that has been happening.

As you can see, Sandy's got a very noticeable bulge from the side view now, but from the front, depending on the clothing, it's not always obvious still.
Over the past couple weeks, she says the baby has been making a couple new type of movements other than just "moving". One feels like the baby is burping or farting, hehe.. The other feels like the baby is swimming. Hard to imagine what the burping/farting would feel like, but with the "swimming" movement, I can feel it by placing my hand over her belly :)
